Important
We know that camp can be expensive, especially for families with multiple children. It is our desire that every child who wants to attend camp, will attend camp, regardless of financial ability. In order to facilitate that, we provide a variety of ways to help.
Early Registration Discount
Our early registration deadline is April 30. Registrations received on this day, or earlier, will automatically have a $25 discount applied to their registration. Not only does this make camp more affordable, but it also helps us considerably when planning food, supplies, and staff for your child’s week of camp.
Sponsorships / Scholarships
Whitewater Community (Swiss) Church in Whitewater, Kansas and Maplewood Church in Sedalia, Missouri have some sponsorships available for campers needing assistance with registration fees. For more information on available sponsorships, call Whitewater Community (Swiss) Church at (316) 799-2180, or Maplewood Church at (660) 827-0532. If you are outside these areas, or unsure of where to get scholarship information, please contact your local church or contact the Camp.
If your child received a church sponsorship or Peggy White Memorial Scholarship, please indicate on the Fee Schedule during your registration.
