Ponca Bible Camp’s sole purpose is to glorify God through Christ-centered camp ministries and retreats. In honorable service to our Lord, we strive to keep well-maintained facilities offered at reasonable rates to Christ-centered groups, who in turn take excellent care of the facilities.
Fees
To best accommodate our groups, Ponca Bible Camp rents the entire camp facility to one group at a time. Fees are based on Check-In time after 4:00 p.m. and Check-Out time prior to 2:00 p.m. the next day. Full payment of rental is due prior to your Check-Out.

Minimum Nightly Rental: $400.00 per night (equivalent of 20 renters)
Peak Season Minimum Rental: May 15 – July 30, there is a 2 night minimum stay.
Rental Fees: $20 per person, per night
Day Charge: $10 per person (for persons attending an event, but not spending the night)
Extended Stay Discount: 20% Off entire rental for a 3 or more consecutive night stay
Children Ages 4 and Under: Stay free of charge
Deposit / Post Rental Cleanup
To confirm your reservation, a $150.00 deposit is required along with the submission of the signed Lease Agreement. Upon arrival, a camp administrator will review kitchen equipment usage with your cooks and review the Post-Rental Checklist with the group leader. All groups are responsible for cleaning the facilities prior to their departure. Cleaning checklists are posted in each building and all cleaning supplies are provided. Prior to your departure, a camp administrator will review the grounds with your leader to insure the camp has been cleaned and that no damage was incurred. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-In time is after 4:00 p.m. Check-Out time is before 2:00 p.m. We ask that groups honor these times to be respectful of other ministries using Ponca Bible Camp’s facilities and provide a smooth transition. All cleaning and the post-rental administrator’s review should be completed prior to the check-out time. Please convey these times to all members of your group.
Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to the rental date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If less than 60 days notice of cancellation is given, no deposit refund will be given.
Smoking / Alcohol
Ponca Bible Camp offers a Smoke-Free, Alcohol-Free Environment. Smoking is not permitted on our camp grounds. Please also note illegal drugs, alcohol, and firearms are not allowed on the premises and will be cause for removal.
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Noise / Volume
With respect for the neighbors of Ponca Bible Camp, groups are requested to keep the volume levels moderate. Outdoor sound systems must be turned off by 10:00 p.m.
Phone Calls
There is NO Cell Phone Service at or near Ponca Bible Camp due to the mountainous terrain. We ask that groups please bring Calling Cards to place phone calls.
Property and Equipment
- Please leave the camp facilities in better condition than when you arrived.
- Report any damage immediately to the camp administrators.
- No food or drinks are allowed in the cabins.
- Thermostats are to be kept at 72 degrees while in use.
- Keep doors shut when air-conditioners/heaters are in use.
- Turn off air-conditioners/heaters in the cabins during the day.
- Turn off all lights in the buildings when they are not in use.
- Campfires are allowed only in the existing fire pit, when an adult supervisor is available, and if there is no fire ban in the area.
- Return sports equipment to the basement of the dining hall in the bins provided.
Food / Kitchen Equipment
Each group provides their own food and prepares their own meals. Ponca Bible Camp has a fully equipped, commercial grade, kitchen and dining hall, which can serve meals for 120 people. Kitchen Equipment consists of: a large convection oven, a 6 burner stove-top and griddle, microwave, a 49 cubic foot stainless steel refrigerator, a walk-in refrigerator, ice machine, 2 chest freezers, warming table to serve from, restaurant size dishwasher, 2 coffee makers, cookware, cups, coffee mugs, dinner trays, and silverware provided for you.
Trash / Recycling
Please place all bagged trash in the two, 96-gallon receptacles on the kitchen deck. Replacement trashcan liners are located under the kitchen hand-washing sink and in the dining hall closet. Ponca Bible Camp requests that groups separate Recyclable Items as much as possible!
A Recycle Only Bin is located on the kitchen deck for: Glass, Tin, and Plastics #1 and #2.
